The UN Family Rights Caucus has been active at the UN working to protect the family and family values at UN conferences and negotiations in both Geneva and New York since 2008. This represents only some of our activities and campaigns and is not all-inclusive.

The UN Family Rights Caucus cosponsored a highly successful UN event titled “The Family as an Agent for Women’s Equality and Human Rights” with the Doha International Family Institute, the Foundation for African Cultural Heritage, the UN Family Rights Caucus, the Holy See, Family Watch International and a new UN coalition of 25 governments called “Group of Friends of the Family” led by Belarus, Egypt and Qatar.

New "Group of Friends of the Family" Coalition Formed
We are pleased to announce that the “Group of Friends of the Family”, a new coalition of 25 UN Member States dedicated to promoting the family. The coalition is sponsoring a CSW side event with us and the UN Family Rights Caucus. The Holy See will also be sponsoring the event.
